Hey! So Glad You're Here.
I’m Dr. Eryn, and I’m passionate about learning and exploring the intersection of science, spirituality, and healing. My educational path reflects my VERY wide range of interests.
I started at the University of Colorado, Boulder, where I studied astronomy, international relations, and psychology before graduating with a degree in Spanish with an emphasis on business in 2006. After graduating, I worked in a variety of fields, from banking to international defense and intelligence sales. During my years in the corporate world, I felt drawn to the healing arts, and so I studied reiki and spirituality in my spare time. I got my reiki level 1 certification in 2008.
In 2010, I felt called to further my education and become a Doctor of Chiropractic. I enrolled at Life University in Georgia, where I graduated in 2015. During my time there, I completed my reiki certifications (levels 2 & 3) and started teaching reiki certification seminars to fellow students. I also started my own practice in 2015 and continued to practice until 2025. I combined reiki and a variety of chiropractic techniques, and offered a unique approach that blended physical healing and energetic balance.
Now, I’m deepening my knowledge in functional medicine through Functional Medicine University and through continuing education seminars. My goal now is to help others find balance in their lives in the three most important aspects of ourselves: mind, body and spirit. I’d like to simplify the overwhelming amount of health information out there and give people knowledge and actionable steps to take control of their well-being. I believe in balancing scientific knowledge with alternative healing principles and metaphysical wisdom because true health and happiness is found by embracing all aspects of ourselves: physical, mental and spiritual.
Research and evidence based information is amazing and very helpful; but we have to remember that there is only so much that's been studied. And, there's only so much we understand about ourselves, our bodies, and the universe. I love keeping a healthy balance between evidence-based science and intuition. The world is full of magic, and we can't ignore the fact that sometimes the impossible (or improbable) is possible.
